Capacity building

  • Capacity building is a core approach for SRD in implementing our projects to empower rural communities to manage their livelihoods sustainably. We ensure that all our projects build the capacity of the rural people and our local partners. We also value the importance of building capacity within the organization, and provide staff with opportunities to expand and develop their strengths.
