Minh Hoa commune, Quang Binh province is comprised of 700 households of Nguon ethnic, living in an isolated area which regularly suffered flood. Thus, they have been gathering a source of creative ideas to respond to flood; and there is no fatality during the flood. In 2011 flood season, Nguon ethnic had many invention to live with flood, which are second-to-none and effective.
