Ms Nguyen Thi Phuong Nga worked with CIDSE for eight years before the transformation to SRD, managing a range of development projects. During this time Nga gained experience and skills in project areas including community development, participatory rural appraisal research, project design and planning and all aspects of project management. In 2010, Nga was promoted to the position of Sustainable Agriculture and Livelihoods Manager.

Nga's experience has grown with her responsibilities in managing diverse projects including micro finance, primary health care, water and sanitation and integrated community development. In addition, from 2005, Nga has been responsible for the mainstreaming of gender into CIDSE - SRD programs.

She holds a M.D in General Medicine from Hanoi University of Medicine (1994) and a B.A. in Business, Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting (2001).
