Ms. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc has worked for SRD since 2008, and is currently managing the Climate Change team in a broad range of climate change projects.
Ngoc has a wide range of background experience, including working for over nine years for the Research and Training Center for Community Development (RTCCD); then the Center for Support of Social Development Programs (CSDP) as a Project Officer and Project Financial Manager, Communications Officer and Project Coordinator, and Coordinator for Cooperation Development Group (CDG). Ngoc has a strong background in organisation, implementation and management of development projects.
Ngoc holds a BSc in Environmental Science, Hanoi University of Science, National University, Vietnam (1998) and Master degree in Science in Waste Management and Contaminated Site Treatment - An International Training Program collaborated between Dresden Technical University, Germany and Hanoi University of Science, Vietnam (2007). She has also attended a range of short training courses, in Hanoi, Sri Lanka, and Germany.
Ngoc is currently studying her PhD, in Sustainable Livelihoods and Responses to Climate Change, at the Centre for National Resources and Environment Studies, Vietnam National University.
