Pham Thi Le has been working as a Program Officer at SRD since October 2009. Prior to joining SRD, she gained four years of work experience at the Centre for Public Health and Community Development.

She holds a B.A in Ethnology of University of Social Science and Humanities (2004) and completed her M.A in Ethnology of University of Social Science and Humanities in 2010.
