Mr.Tran Ngoc Tue holds a B.A. in Economic Engineering at Hanoi University of Technology and a MBA from a cooperative program between the National Economics University and Hansel Foundation in 1998. Mr. Tue has gained 10 years of experience in terms of private financial audit and 15 years of experience in financial management for NGOs. He is currently Asian Finance Coordinator for ActionAid International.
