Mr. Tran Phong has been invited to be a member of SRD's Advisory Board since 2005. He has wide experience in collaborating with VNGOs and INGOs at the position of a consultant, trainer and facilitator.

Since 2005, he has supported SRD with communications activities and related works.

He also contributed to the development of TOT materials for the project "Climate change capacity building for Vietnamese NGOs network"  and related works.

His qualifications include:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology (Food) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (1982-1987);
• Master Degree in Environmental Science at Hanoi University of Science (1998-2000);
• Master Degree in Public Governance at Postdam University, Germany (2004-2005).
