Ms Tran Thi Thanh Toan is currently working as a Program Manager; based in SRD's Hue based office.

Toan has more than 12 years of working for both Government and non-Government organizations as a full time member and/or collaborator in a range of sectors including:  Landmine/UXO victims' assistance and Mine Risk education, Public Administration Reform, Gender Equality, Poverty Reduction and Community Development, Grassroots Democracy, and Natural Disaster Mitigation.  

This diverse experience has helped Toan to gain valuable knowledge and experience in leadership, co-ordination, planning, management, finance and administration, and monitoring and evaluation.

Toan holds a Bachelors degree in English, granted by Hue University of Pedagogy. She has certificates in Project Monitoring & Evaluation, Organizational Change & Development, Gender & Equality and Project Management.
