| On the last quarter of the year 2009, the project Capacity Building on Climate Change for Civil Society Organizations has implemented a large range of activities and gained some specific achievements, such as Signing MOU Ceremony, selection of expert goup and organization of the TOT course on positive training skills. |

The Farmer's Rice Seed Fair was held on 5th October 2009 by SRD in collaboration with the Sub-Department of Plantation and Plant Protection of Bac Kan province (PPPSD).
