Bui Quoc Quan

Programme Officer 

Before starting at SRD in 2014 as a programme officer, Quan had 12 years of experience working for international and local non-government organizations managing and coordinating projects. His previous employment helped him to gain valuable experience in planning, monitoring evaluation skills, and communication skills. His areas of expertise are problems related to society like gender equality, community communication and training.
Quan obtained a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. His practical experiences include:
- More than 12 years of experience in coordinating researches on social aspects with various issues related to drugs, HIV, gender equality and domestic violence.
- More than 12 years of experience in implementing and monitoring projects/programs related to HIV, the environment, domestic violence and human trafficking
