      In recent years, multilateral and bilateral international support for climate change adaptation has gained popularity in many developing countries. Thus, some would have a question of if multilateral and bilateral donors' reporting of adaptation finance reliable. This report, as part of an international pilot project on climate adaptation finance tracking, aims to solve this question.

     The assessment was carried out by a team of researchers from CARE International in Vietnam in cooperation with the Centre for Sustainable Rural Development (SRD).
