Report on project activities - “Climate and mangrove protection combined with income improvement for vulnerable communities” - VM069

The fourth quarter of 2021. SRD's activities:

1) 1.2.1. Support activities of farmer groups (FG) and support model pilot households.

2) 1.4. Support and supervise activities of Village Forest Self-Management Groups (VSFMGs) and training contents.

3) 1.1.2. Organized 05 meetings between the community, VSFMG team members and Mui Ca Mau National Park on forestry policies and laws, the policy of forest land allocation, and the implementation of forest co-management models.

4) 1.1.3. Meeting between VSFMG team, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Forest Protection Department, NP, PFMB on signing forest contracts for households.

5) 1.1.7: Support weekly forest patrol, and equip VFSMG with GPS device and protective clothing.

6) 1.1.9. Meeting in the fourth quarter of 2021 on the work plan of VSFMG.

1) 1.1.6. Summary of the forestry self-management group (VFSMG) in 2021.
2) 1.4. Support, and collect information to monitor the output index in 2021.
3) 1.1.3. Meeting between VSFMG, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Forest Protection Department, NP, and PFMB on signing forest contracts for households.
4) 1.1.9. Annual meetings and 1 annual conference on the implementation of the VFSMG plan.
5) 1.3.1. Field visit and building video clips of the 1st year of the project
