Our team
SRD staff are highly experienced, with a depth of expertise in the fields of agriculture, climate change, forest governance, economics, sociology, psychology, gender, nications and public health. Along with our full-time staff, SRD also hosts a number of international volunteers and local interns. They bring to the team expertise from their home countries and a fresh perspective on our operations.
All of SRD’s staff possess a strong commitment to development work, are strongly sensitive to issues related to poverty, are familiar with community-based approaches and experience in implementing projects related to climate change.
