In the Resort, the Board of Organizers organized a range of entertainment activities for its staff. On the first day, SRD invited its staff and their family members to join a farewell dinner so that they could introduce themselves and their family life to other colleagues.
SRD's Director, Vu Thi Bich Hop (Ms.), stated, "On behalf of the Management Board, I make a strong commitment that, seeing the big contribution of SRD's staff, more outing activities will be held to enhance our solidarity and exchange activities." During three days of the event, there were quite a few exchange activities held among the team members, such as rope pulling (tug-of-war), singing contest, and some other traditional games. The last day of the event saw a party for all the children of the team. The activity is aimed at helping our kidsbecome more confident in public places and assisting their parents in finding out their kids' potentials for further development.
The holiday has actually narrowed down the gap among members in the big family of SRD and given SRD's staff more energy to deal with their upcoming tasks devoting more to community development, poverty alleviation, and sustainable development in Vietnam.
