From October 15-18, 2025, the Centre for Sustainable Rural Development (SRD) organized working sessions in Cà Mau to review and unify the financial management procedures for counterpart funds within the framework of the project "Strengthening climate resilience and generating sustainable income for vulnerable communities dependent on mangrove forests" (VM077).

Project VM077 is implemented by SRD, funded by Bread for the World (BftW), and approved by VUSTA. The project is carried out during the 2024–2026 period, aiming to enhance climate resilience, conserve mangrove forests, and develop sustainable livelihoods for the local community.
During the mission, SRD worked with the Minh Phú Certified Shrimp Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., Năm Căn Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company (SEANAMICO), Cà Mau Seafood Processing and Service Joint Stock Corporation (CASES), along with the Đất Mũi Tam Giang Protection Forest Management Board and Mũi Cà Mau National Park.

The parties jointly reviewed documentation, unified financial procedures, and addressed challenges. This work aims to ensure transparent and effective management throughout the implementation process of Project VM077.
